ARTgenteuil is new regional art fair launched by Phillippe De Boucaud, an important art curator and teacher. The painting is located in Argenteuil, France near Paris. The piece is 5 x 2.5 meters and took 6 hours to create. It is located on one of the main buildings that houses the art fair every year.
