My Work Showcase
Since my first exhibition in Saint Germain in 2001, I have been intuitively guided by a minimalist and modular geometric expression.
By modular, I mean the possibilities of multiple arrangements that can be made on works composed of several panels. 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 or 12.
The different layouts of geometric patterns allow sometimes radical changes of the graphics in the same work.
My work is mainly focused on the effects of matter and significant color contrasts between the subdivisions of the compositions, thus creating different “planes” of perception, with important kinetic and kaleidoscopic effects.
One of the aims of my expression is the transcription of emotions, which I consider to be the basis of all reflection, with a minimalist codification to give them an universal feeling.
Indeed, geometric shapes are present in all graphic representations, from the oldest and most primitive cultures to the most recent and complex projections.
By creating a sound calligraphy, it seemed possible to address the whole of humanity, beyond cultural and ethnical differences. Hence this search for an universal writing, which is finally corroborated by current science, both in terms of approach on the different planes of existences and dimensions, than of geometry as the foundation of all creation in the universe. This position is demonstrated by
Dan A. Davidson’s treaty of “The shape power.” He proves that the arrangement of basic geometric symbols is at the origin of all creation, everything being vibrations, the vibratory waves emitted in the infinitely small by basic forms, blends into infinity, giving birth to the universe with all its components.
Since beginning my journey in this field, my dedication to the work and motivation to grow have led me to exceptional projects and experiences. I’m grateful for a profession I’m passionate about, and am proud to share examples of my greatest work.
